The primary clinical and training site for DDP is the Psychiatry High Risk Program at Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY.

This nationally recognized program for suicidal youth and adults uses DDP as its primary treatment modality. The program has a large number of therapists with advanced competency in DDP and experienced trainers.
